1. How can I open an account at 4cash.exchange?

You can easily open an account for yourself or an organization.
Just login and get started!

If you need support at any point please click on the bell in the top right corner and drop us an internal message.

Follow these simple eight steps:

Choose your platform language;

In section Data, enter information;

In section Cash, add your preferred currencies to your currency list;

To deposit, click in currency details deposit, enter currency, amount and confirm. Funds can be sent from bank accounts or via the Swiss QR-Bill for cash or card deposits in CHF and EUR at over 2’000 Swiss Post Offices in Switzerland. Click on the map to find the closest Swiss Post office;

In details of crypto currencies, you can dd your external wallet addresses. If you do not own an external wallet yet, we recommend to buy a hardware wallet in our Online-Shop;

In details of each crypto currency, you can click on deposit to make your first crypto deposit from your listed external wallet addresses (whitelisting);

Be Community with a community account. Support the ecosystem, community account opening in the Start section. Community accounts have higher daily limits and voting rights in the 4cash DAO;

Please complete the video identification and onboarding chatbot invitation truthfully.

You are now ready to exchange, deposit and withdraw currencies.

2. How do I exchange currencies?

At 4cash.exchange you can easily exchange currencies. Today we support Swiss Franc (CHF) and Euro (EUR) pairs for Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tron (TRX) and Tether (USDT). Further 26 Paper- and 12 Cryptocurrencies will be listed step-by-step.

Follow these simple eight steps:

In section Cash, Currency List, add your preferred currency;

In details of each paper currency click account to add bank account details like IBAN and BIC;

In details of each cryptocurrency under account, you can add your external wallet addresses.If you do not have an external wallet yet, we recommend to buy one in our Online-Shop ;

In details of each cryptocurrency, you can click on deposit to make your first crypto deposit from your listed external wallet addresses (whitelisting).

You are now ready to exchange currencies in section Exchange.

3. What are the costs?

Cryptocurrency has an exchange fee of 3.00%;
Paper currency has an exchanges fee of 2.00%;
Minimum deposit and withdraw amount is 10.00 Swiss Franc.

4. How is the exchange rate calculated and fixed?

We source our rates by taking the rate of the respective currency from partner APIs and calculating an average. In terms of when exchange rates are provided at the time an order is placed, here’s how it works:

If you are placing a market order, the current rate from the order book is applied;

If you are entering a limit order, you can monitor the progress in your order list.

5. What is the 4cash DAO?

1% of each currency exchange at 4cash.exchange is directly routed into the 4cash DAO Community wallet. The Decentralized Autonomous Organisation (4cash DAO) is involving the Community in Governance.
